Summary
Low property damage cases are a target for insurance companies (ie State Farm’s “Minor Impact”, Farmer’s “No Damage, No Injury”, Allstate’s “MIST” (Minor Impact Soft Tissue)). Auto insurers often play hardball in minor-crash claims. In this webinar,we'll look at Minor Impact Soft Tissue (M.I.S.T.) injuries and discuss how to avoid the claims reduction programs insurance companies use for these injuries, and look at the various types of injuries commonly seen in low impact car crashes.

Michael A. Schafer is an attorney who concentrates his law practice in personal injury litigation. His office is in Louisville, Kentucky in historic Old Louisville. Mike practices throughout the State of Kentucky. Mike graduated from the University Of Louisville School Of Law in 1985. He was an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Louisville for three years.
