Professionalism in the 21st Century: A Call to Duty
Published by Louisiana Association for Justice and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys

Summary

As practitioners in the 21st Century, the resounding answer must be yes, we owe such a duty. This webinar overviews the changes underway, discusses the nature of our duty as practitioners, and argues the practical importance of how we as members of the profession are duty-bound to respond.
